Card Balance Terms & Conditions

• All Game points and tickets will expire if the card is not reloaded within 6 months.

• Game points are utilized first followed by Bonus points.

• Bonus Points and Free games have a 3-month expiry from the last reload date.

• Free Games work on all games except the purple swipers.

• Blue Swiper games are valid for one month.

• Refunds for charged balances will not be issued once the card has been used.

• There is a charge of BHD 0.5 for a new swipe card and BHD 3.3 for new wristband.

• Magic Planet reserves the right to ban any Guest who commits any fraudulent act and/or misuses the games machines and/or tampers with the games machines, from all Magic Planet premises.

• Magic Planet reserves the right to cancel any Magic Planet Card at any time without prior notice.

• All promotions and offers are subject to change without notice.
