All cash balance on your swipe card will expire if the card is not used for 6 months for regular cards.
The extra credit on your card will expire after 1 month from reloading date.
Extra credit is utilized first followed by cash credit.
14% VAT applicable on the cash card.
There is a charge of 30 EGP for a new swipe card.
