Frequently Asked Questions
1. How many Magic Planet cards can I add to my e-wallet?
You can add one card per profile to your e-wallet on the same phone (iOS or Android). If you have both an Android and an iOS device, you can add the same card on both phones, or add different cards to each device if you have multiple cards in your profile
2. Can I add more than one card to my e-wallet?
No. Only one card can be added per e-wallet (Apple Wallet or Google Pay). If you add another card, the existing one will be replaced.
3. Can I add an online-purchased card without collecting the physical card?
Yes. Online-purchased cards can be added directly to your e-wallet without collecting a physical card.
4. What if I don’t have Google Pay installed on my Android phone?
If Google Pay is not installed, you will be redirected to the Play Store after selecting “Add to G-Pay.” Download the app first to proceed.
5. Why can’t I add my card to my e-wallet?
Cards with a zero balance cannot be added. Please top up your card first before adding it to your e-wallet.
6. What happens if my card is reissued?
Old reissued cards will be blocked and can be deleted from your profile. Your new card will appear in your profile after you log out and log back in.
