Card Balance Terms & Conditions

• Cash credit and tickets expire 6 months from the date of top-up.

• Privilege Games expire 3 months from the date of top-up.

• Privilege Games are valid for all categories except Trampoline area, Soft Play area, and Skill Games.

• The cost of a new card is 5 SAR.

• The cost of socks is 5 SAR, and it will be deducted from the cash balance.

• Blue category games can only be used at the same branch where the top-up was made, and their validity is 30 days from the date of top-up.

• The cost of a new RFID is 35 SAR, and it grants 5 free Blue category games.

• Cards or RFID are non-refundable once the balance has been used.

• Top-ups for cards or RFID must be in multiples of 5 SAR.

• Magic Planet reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
