Terms & Conditions

• All Game points and tickets will expire if the card is not reloaded within 6 months.
• Game points are utilized first followed by Bonus points.
• Bonus Points and Free games have a 3- month expiry from the last reload date.
• Free Games work on all games except the purple swipers.
• Blue Swiper games are valid for one month.
• Refunds for charged balances will not be issued once the card has been used.
• There is a charge of AED 5 for a new swipe card and AED 35 for new wristband
• There is a charge of AED 5 for socks that can be deducted by swipe card as cash balance for some of the attractions.
• Magic Planet reserves the right to ban any Guest who commits any fraudulent act and/or misuses the games machines and/or tampers the games machines, from all Magic Planet premises.
• Magic Planet reserves the right to the cancel any Magic Planet Card at any time without prior notice.
• Magic Planet reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• All promotions and offers are subject to change without notice.
