Your balance value will stay the same, but the number of points will reflect the new system. For example, if you had 120 points (worth 30 AED before), you’ll now see 30 points (still worth 30 AED).
No, your existing bonus points will retain the same period of validity. The new 3-month bonus expiry only applies to cards loaded after 12 August 2025.
No change in value! Game prices will adjust to match the new Game Point system, so your credit is still worth the same amount.
No worries—your current free games will not be affected. You can use them as usual within their validity period.
No, there are no extra charges. Standard Magic Planet Game Card fees still apply.
